PostHeaderIcon Welcome to Santa Claus

We would like to welcome you to Santa's homestead! If you ever come to Norway, please feel welcome to visit his farm at Savalen. Deep in the center of the southern inland a majestic log house lays in the pine forest, under a little mountain called Kletten- the home of the Black gnome (Sotnissen). You can visit Santa's workshop and toy laboratory, his office and the story hall- with the pacifier tree, and you can write your wish list at the table of wishes. If you will be extra kind, you can make him a drawing, to hang in the "Children's drawing gallery". In front of the fireplace, you can relax and enjoy homemade Norwegian sweet waffles or Christmas cookies (ginger- bread cookies).

There is also a shop here, selling all lovely Christmas decorations and handicrafts. At the Postal counter you can send your Christmas cards with Santa's own stamp.

You can also say hello to all of Santa ́s animals just outside the house. Here you will find miniature ponies, black pigs, reindeer, lama, goats and more.
